Meet Tom Brennan, Vice President of Sales

In his role as Vice President of Sales, Tom Brennan does more than lead—he elevates the standard for what patient support should look like. As a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT), Tom brings clinical expertise and real-world experience to every conversation, helping ensure patients make a safe, smooth transition from hospital to home.

Equal parts leader, problem-solver, and coach, Tom equips both our internal team and external partners with the knowledge, confidence, and clinical insight to deliver meaningful solutions. With the expertise and experience to assess patient needs, determine the most appropriate clinical pathway, and navigate the complexities of discharge planning, he brings clarity and efficiency to every step of the process. Tom is constantly coaching and elevating our internal teams—sharpening their skills, deepening their knowledge, and strengthening their ability to remove barriers, streamline communication, and ensure patients receive the right equipment, education, and support from day one.
