How will my order be delivered?
We deliver initial equipment, supply orders, and resupply orders either through our own delivery team or by trusted carriers such as UPS, USPS, or FedEx.
How long does it take to receive equipment and supplies?
Orders may arrive as soon as the next day or within several business days.
Can I track my order online?
Yes. If a tracking number is provided, you can track your shipment on the carrier’s website.
Do I have to pay for shipping?
No. If your order is billed to your insurance company, Medicare, or Medicaid, shipping is included at no cost to you.
What items are delivered in person vs. shipped to my home?
- Delivered in person: Initial Oxygen/Ventilation equipment and recurring oxygen tanks.
- Shipped to your home: Accessories, replacement parts, and medications once your order is processed.
Do you ship to P.O. Box addresses?
Yes, but only through the U.S. Postal Service. Courier services like UPS and FedEx cannot deliver to P.O. boxes. Please note that some medical equipment must be shipped to a physical address per insurance guidelines.
